    2013 Reflection

    Well, the year end is approaching, and I have absolutely neglected this blog again!!! So much has happened to me this year. Lots of “firsts” and unexpected. This year had it’s ups and downs. For the first time in my life, the company I’ve worked for went bankrupt. Welcome to the real world, adult life. Which also leads to the first time I’ve ever been unemployed.     Moving

    So from the looks of it, I’ll be moving to London to work for the next 3 months. In the mean time, I’m trying to get my stuff organized for storage. My biggest concern is storing my shoes. They are so hard to part with. I boxed them up, then wrap three to four boxes together with mailing paper, and tape that up air tight. I won’t be seeing my pretty shoe collection for quite a long time. I’m also selling a few pairs of shoes. If you’re interested, let me know.     Addicted to Brownies

    Lately I’ve been addicted to making brownies!! Ever since I’ve started my fitness journey, I’ve paid more attention to the food that I eat. Since I’m a huge chocolate lover, I had to find ways to incorporate some type of chocolate dessert into my diet. After googling online, I’ve combined some recipes to make my own healthier version of the brownie. Everytime I make it, I always change it up a bit. For tonight’s batch, here is my recipe.
